Are you good at sleeping? I had an insomnia before. It took a nap almost every hour, and when I woke up, it was really dying. There were friends who slept well when I lay down, and they were so envious.
Due to his useless personality, he couldn’t sleep well, and this often led to his condition hunting the next day. The cause of my insomnia was ‘thought’. When I was lying down trying to sleep, I suddenly remembered what I had to do and came up with something to do tomorrow. As I automatically simulated what to do tomorrow, the thoughts connected to it made me sleepless.
It was surprisingly from the moment I settled the schedule of tomorrow the day before. For example, if an important meeting is held tomorrow, write down the time of the meeting and the major issues that must be addressed in advance. When I got into this habit, when I was lying in bed, I was able to block the thoughts that lead to one thought, ‘I wrote it down anyway.’ Later, I found this in a sleep-related book, but if I was worried about tomorrow, I could just write down what I had to do the day before and the brain could rest.
There are probably more people like me than I thought. People who are unable to sleep because they are worried about what will happen tomorrow. It reminds me of what I have to do on Monday, and that is a burden all day on Sunday.
So, to get rid of Mondays, there is also a story that if you go to work and work on Sundays, your monthly illness will decrease. If you’re worried about Monday’s disease, write down what to do on Monday in the future on Sunday evening. It’s very likely that stress will be alleviated by simply writing down what to do tomorrow without working.
The keyword ‘preparation and planning’ makes people comfortable. If you have an important meeting tomorrow and need to be concerned about your dress, there will be a big difference between thinking of what to wear tomorrow morning while sleeping and setting the clothes to wear tomorrow the night before. It’s different to see who has a meeting place today and who works in the office.
If you want to act confidently from the moment you wake up, make a habit of writing and preparing for tomorrow’s schedule that evening. Even with this habit, you won’t be able to sleep because of biting your thoughts.
